Mina Rashid (officially branded Rashid Yachts & Marina) is a AED 25 billion waterfront regeneration project developed jointly by Emaar Properties and P&O Marinas, a subsidiary of DP World. Built on Port Rashid — Dubai’s first commercial port, inaugurated in 1972 — it spans 6.8 million sqft and is being transformed into 7 mixed-use districts offering luxury apartments, boutique hotels, a superyacht marina, a private beach, and landmark retail and cultural destinations.
