H&H Development is a Dubai-based ultra-luxury real estate developer, investor, and asset manager founded in 2007 by Shahab Lutfi and Mohamed Al Hussaini. Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai at DIFC is a landmark ultra-luxury residential project developed by H&H Development in partnership with Four Seasons and Bright Start. The development features 52 homes across four aligned towers, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect David Chipperfield, with interiors by Tihany Design. Residences range from 378 to 923 square metres, each with panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai skyline. It is the second standalone Four Seasons residential offering in Dubai.

Baccarat Hotel & Residences Dubai is a landmark ultra-luxury mixed-use development by H&H Development in Downtown Dubai. The project brings the Baccarat brand — one of the world’s most prestigious luxury hotel and crystal houses — to the Dubai market. Architecture is by Studio Libeskind and interiors by 1508 London, making it one of the most architecturally distinguished branded residence projects in the UAE.
