Inaura Hotels & Residences was designed by MVRDV – the Rotterdam-based architecture studio known for The Valley mixed-use complex, Crystal Houses (Amsterdam), and Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen. The signature architectural feature is a central orb suspended at Level 32, housing the 360° Sky Lounge. The tower is 200m+ tall and 42 floors, with a reflective facade that transitions from energetic and city-facing at street level to ethereal and translucent toward the sky. The tower is LEED Gold pre-certified – one of the few branded residences in Downtown Dubai with this sustainability designation.

Kinetic wellness is the founding concept behind Inaura Hotels & Residences – the idea that movement, balance and everyday wellbeing should be embedded into the rhythm of city life, not treated as a separate activity.
